Director of Mission and Faith Formation
Stephanie began working at Central in 2012, where she manages a staff of 4 and oversees a vibrant educational program working with the families within Central’s congregation. She holds degrees in Early Childhood Education and Organizational Management, and began her career managing large childcare centers including organizing and developing two nonprofit preschools. At Central, she has created a progressive educational program for Central’s children with a strong focus on service to the community, and also cultivates an intergenerational ministry dedicated to creative ways to involve family members of all ages in worship service participation.
With a national presence among church educators, Stephanie serves within the PC(USA) as a POINT curriculum trainer for the denomination. Also active within APCE, the Association of Presbyterian Church Educators, she chairs a committee which plans and hosts a national conference attended by 800 educators, pastors, and lay leaders each year from 5 North American denominations within the reformed tradition.
Stephanie, her husband, Bryan, their 3 young adult children are Colorado natives and live in Arvada. They enjoy camping, scuba diving, and many other travel adventures.
